We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can lead client engagements, analyze complex business processes, and ensure that Salesforce solutions are designed and delivered to meet stakeholder needs and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering

  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand business processes, needs, and pain points
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows with precision
  • Develop comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business objectives

Solution Design & Documentation

  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design Salesforce-based solutions that meet business requirements
  • Create detailed business process documentation, user guides, and functional design documents
  • Map current and future state business processes with a focus on process improvement and optimization
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences

Implementation Support & Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during implementation phases
  • Participate in configuration activities and validate implemented features against established requirements
  • Conduct engaging demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions for end users and stakeholders
  • Facilitate smooth communication and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Assist in developing comprehensive test plans and executing detailed test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Ensure solutions are delivered with high quality and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Identify and proactively escalate any risks or blockers in implementation progress
  • Monitor project deliverables to maintain quality standards and business alignment
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of milestones and project objectives
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Provide valuable input to project timelines, risk assessments, and scope planning activities
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and maintain project momentum

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations

Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities
  • Experience creating business process maps, functional specifications, and user stories
  • Proficiency with Salesforce configuration concepts including objects, fields, workflows, and flows
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Communication & Analytical Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and training sessions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds and third-party integrations
  • Background in change management and user adoption strategies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Previous consulting or client-facing experience
