What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Lead user story refinement sessions to ensure development-ready requirements
• Translate business processes into system workflows and configurations
• Act as a subject matter expert for Kantata SX and Salesforce
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including project portfolio and program management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and knowledge of Kantata SX project lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with enterprise tools such as NetSuite, Workday, or Zuora
• Familiarity with API integrations, basic SQL, or data validation
• Background in SaaS or consulting organizations with complex service delivery models
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
