Job summary

Voto Consulting LLC is seeking a Salesforce-focused Solutions Lead to guide CRM initiatives for clients in financial services. You will define the system landscape, map gaps, and deliver a scalable Salesforce.com solution, combining business insight with technical execution.

You will lead executive discovery sessions, write user stories, perform Salesforce administration, and coordinate SIT/UAT with onsite-offshore teams, ensuring clear documentation and regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Banking and financial services experience is preferred.
• Define the system landscape and identify gaps to deliver a CRM solution.
• Experience with data migration and integration.
• Design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles.
• Write user stories aligned to Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Hands-on work on the existing Salesforce implementation.
• Lead defining practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology and executive discovery sessions.
• Understand requirements (functional and technical) to address client needs.
• Perform routine Salesforce administration functions.
• Create training, release notes, user stories and process docs for Salesforce projects.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT and report progress.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders and onsite-offshore coordination.
• Report regular progress on projects and testing/training strategies.

Job description

• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
• working knowledge in data migration and integration
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)
• Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service cloud and experience cloud
• Hands on work on the existing salesforce implementation
• Lead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessions
• Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
• Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com
• Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projects
• Actively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UAT
