Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work onsite as part of our (FAO) project team. The candidate will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial accounting domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Solution Design
- Work with the Salesforce technical team to design solutions that align with business goals while leveraging Salesforce best practices.
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and use cases.
- Configuration and Customization Support
- Assist with Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builders, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide input on customization needs to the development team where configurations do not suffice.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a bridge between the business teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Present proposed solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Testing & UAT
- Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure all delivered solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Change Management & Training
- Facilitate user adoption by providing training and creating relevant documentation.
- Support change management processes for Salesforce rollouts.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimization to maximize ROI on the Salesforce platform.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- At least 8-+ yrs experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Familiarity with financial accounting processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or other relevant certifications).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
