Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in UAT planning and execution
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

• Bring 5+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles, with strong functional expertise
• Experience working with federal projects
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes to effectively translate needs into solutions

• Create clear and actionable user stories in Jira, ensuring alignment with business objectives
