Job summary

Plative is seeking a senior leader to own and grow the Salesforce banking practice for mid-market banks and credit unions. You’ll shape the offering, partner with Salesforce, and help win complex deals in a face-of-bank-building role with selective billable engagements on flagship wins.

You will mentor architects and consultants, build executive relationships, and drive go-to-market strategies while ensuring delivery feasibility and scalable playbooks for the broader team.

Qualifications

• AI-native mindset with practical tooling and frontier-model awareness.
• Direct banking leadership or senior IC experience in a bank or credit union.
• Proven Salesforce financial services experience as an industry strategist or leader.
• Track record of influencing pipeline, shaping deals, and presenting to executives.
• Strong executive presence for boardroom-level discussions with Salesforce and bank leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine Plative’s Salesforce banking value proposition for mid-market banks/credit unions.
• Partner with Salesforce to create and execute joint account plans.
• Support strategic pursuits: discovery, visioning, pitches, solution storytelling, deal shaping.
• Create thought leadership positioning Plative as a banking specialist.
• Mentor solution architects and consultants on banking processes and best practices.
• Help define hiring plan for the future banking team as the practice grows.
• Build CXO-level relationships at target banks and credit unions.
• Lead executive workshops connecting banking strategy to Salesforce capabilities.
