Job summary
Plative is seeking a senior, non-billable industry-builder to own and grow the high tech practice across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Claude. You will be the face of Plative in the tech sector, shaping offerings, partnering with Salesforce, and winning large customers.

Qualifications
- AI-native mindset with daily use of AI tools.
- Direct experience in high tech revenue, finance, or ops leadership.
- Hands-on depth in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) including pricing and billing.
- Proven Salesforce industry strategist or practice lead.
- Record of shaping deals and presenting to technology executives.
- Executive presence and ability to simplify complex problems.
- Comfort with data-driven value cases for CFOs.
Responsibilities
- Define Plative's high tech value proposition for the technology sector.
- Lead strategic pursuits: discovery, visioning, pitches, and deal shaping.
- Publish thought leadership to position Plative as a high tech specialist.
- Translate drivers into scalable offerings and reference architectures.
- Mentor architects and consultants; shape future high tech hires.
- Build relationships with CROs, CFOs, CIOs, and RevOps at target accounts.
- Represent Plative at industry events and partner forums.
