Qualifications
- 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components.
- Strong Agile and DevOps practices with tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., CTA, ACA) are a plus.
- Experience with integration patterns and tools (MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect).
- Knowledge of data modeling and data migration strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Health Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs.
- Lead development and deployment of Salesforce applications with best-practice architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning of Salesforce apps.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
