Kingspan Insulated Panels North America is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Developer to lead the Salesforce platform's architecture, development, integrations, and governance from our Deland, FL office. This role combines strategic design with hands-on implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years with Salesforce platforms in development, administration, architecture, or technical leadership.
• 3+ years of Salesforce solution architecture and enterprise application design.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and development frameworks.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, middleware, ETL tools, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, source control, and deployment automation.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and transformations.
• Salesforce certifications listed in experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design overall Salesforce platform architecture for scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead development, configuration, customization, and deployment across Salesforce clouds.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs and plans.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Architect and support enterprise integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Lead solution design reviews and provide technical guidance on projects.
• Evaluate existing architecture for optimization, automation, and modernization.
• Design data models, security models, sharing rules, and permissions.
• Support data migration, governance, and master data management.
• Create technical docs, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures.
• Manage platform releases, environments, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and roadmap.
• Monitor performance, security, and user adoption; mentor staff as needed.
• Research new Salesforce technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and company standards.
