Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Experience with healthcare/pharma/PBM or regulated industries preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and govern platform design.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the Salesforce platform.
- Manage user access, security settings, system configurations, and platform maintenance.
- Evaluate requirements architecturally to ensure scalable, maintainable, secure solutions.
- Build and maintain Salesforce automations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity through audits and data management processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support and training.
- Support enhancements, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and Salesforce adoption.
