Job summary

Benecon is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage the company’s Salesforce CRM and related data assets. You will oversee user and license management, data integrity, security, and platform customization, and work with stakeholders to design solutions and implement improvements.

You will lead data integration efforts, develop reports and dashboards, support users, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• 3–5 years experience on cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Prior experience with healthcare or health insurance data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Salesforce CRM including configuration, customization, fields, layouts, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements; implement solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, data and security issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security including import/export/cleanup.
• Test and implement Salesforce releases with minimal user disruption.
• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to track KPIs and insights.
• Provide technical support to users and train on Salesforce features.
• Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions.
• Suggest improvements and new features to optimize Salesforce usage.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and ensure compliance.
• Manage special projects as assigned by Benecon leadership.
