Job summary

Gogo in Colorado is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to serve as the primary end-user contact, optimize processes, and support scalable solutions across the organization. You will partner with developers, architects, and stakeholders to maximize Salesforce value and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include reporting, dashboards, UAT, user onboarding, security, and platform upgrades. A Bachelor's in CS/IT and 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience are required; Salesforce Administrator

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Experience configuring Salesforce including security, user management, reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce end users and provide ongoing support.
• Gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements aligned with goals.
• Develop reports and dashboards for business decision-making.
