Job summary

Gogo is transforming how people connect in the sky through innovative connectivity and technology solutions for business aviation. As a Senior Salesforce Analyst, you will ensure the Salesforce platform supports employees, drives operational efficiency, and enables growth across the organization.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, build reports and dashboards, and help with onboarding, training, and platform upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Experience supporting and configuring Salesforce in a business environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration including security, user management, reporting, dashboards, and platform customization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Experience with data management, including data imports, exports, migration, and data quality initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, navigate ambiguity, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce end users, providing ongoing support and issue resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decisions.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to test, validate, and deploy new functionality (UAT).
  • Support user onboarding and training to increase Salesforce adoption.
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and best practices documentation.
  • Manage Salesforce administrative functions: users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and maintenance.
  • Perform routine system audits and assist with upgrades and release readiness.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, approvals, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the overall success and scalability of Gogo's enterprise systems.

Senior Salesforce Analyst

As a Salesforce Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Salesforce platform supports employees, drives operational efficiency, and enables business growth across the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce end users, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document business needs, and implement Salesforce enhancements that align with company goals
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to test, validate, and deploy new functionality, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support user onboarding and training initiatives to increase Salesforce adoption and effectiveness across the organization
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation
  • Manage Salesforce administrative functions, including user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system maintenance
  • Perform routine system audits and assist with platform upgrades and release readiness activities
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and optimize business processes within the Salesforce platform
  • Contribute to the overall success and scalability of Gogo's enterprise systems environment
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and configuring Salesforce in a business environment
  • Experience with Salesforce administration including security, user management, reporting, dashboards, and platform customization
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
  • Experience with data management, including data imports, exports, migration, and data quality initiatives
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, navigate ambiguity, and develop scalable solutions
