Responsibilities

Partner with business collaborators to optimize processes and customer experiences.
Build and lead integrations between Salesforce and automation platforms and enterprise apps.
Configure Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning components, and validation rules.
Support AI use cases including intelligent routing, predictive insights, chatbots, and recommendations.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across Salesforce and AI systems.
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and analytics teams.
Monitor platform performance and plan scalable architecture improvements.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and Salesforce releases.
