• Experience in Salesforce architecture design and implementation.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce architecture initiatives.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale Salesforce solutions across clouds and business domains.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Copilot, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce security architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and technical teams to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Agentforce solutions leveraging Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Copilot, Actions, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Architect intelligent agents' conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, and knowledge-driven experiences to automate processes and enhance engagement.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, design principles, and best practices for Agentforce and Generative AI implementations.
• Define enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, external applications, middleware platforms, and AI services; ensure governance and security.
• Lead solution design reviews, architecture governance boards, and technical assessments across projects; ensure scalability, performance, security, and responsible AI practices are embedded.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, technical leads, developers, and project teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology leadership to define long-term Salesforce and AI adoption strategies.
