Smart IT Frame is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead architecture strategy for Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and complex Salesforce deployments in enterprise environments. You will steer design discussions, align AI initiatives with business goals, and establish governance across multiple programs.

Ideal candidates bring a decade in Salesforce architecture, hands-on expertise with AI capabilities, and a track record of leading global delivery and large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture design and implementation.
• 5 years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce architecture initiatives.
• Proven experience architecting largescale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business domains.
• Strong hands on experience with Agentforce Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Copilot Actions, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, LWC, integration patterns, data modeling, and security.
• Experience designing enterprise AI and Data Cloud solutions leveraging customer data, knowledge automation, and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap for Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performing Agentforce solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Architect intelligent agents, flows, prompts, and knowledge-driven experiences to automate processes and engagement.
• Establish standards, governance, and best practices for Agentforce and Generative AI implementations.
• Define enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, external apps, middleware, and AI services.
• Evaluate and recommend platform capabilities to address business challenges and drive digital transformation.
• Lead solution design reviews, governance boards, and technical assessments across projects.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, compliance, and responsible AI in designs.
• Mentor solution architects, leads, developers, and project teams; collaborate on long-term Salesforce/AI adoption strategies.

10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture design and implementation

5 years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce architecture initiatives

Proven experience architecting largescale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business domains

Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Prompt Builder Agent Builder Copilot Actions and Generative AI capabilities

Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Integration Patterns Data Modeling and Security Architecture

Experience designing enterprise AI and Data Cloud solutions leveraging customer data knowledge automation and conversational AI

Strong understanding of Salesforce WellArchitected Framework Enterprise Integration Patterns and scalable cloud architectures

Experience designing integrations using APIs MuleSoft Platform Events EventDriven Architecture and External Services

Expertise in Salesforce security architecture including Profiles Permission Sets Sharing Models Data Governance and Compliance standards

Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate business strategy into technology roadmaps

Strong knowledge of Large Language Models LLMs Prompt Engineering Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks
