Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect for a remote/ Cleveland, OH hybrid role. You will define and own the architecture strategy for Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Lead discussions with stakeholders, design scalable AI-powered solutions, establish standards, and drive enterprise integrations across Salesforce Data Cloud, external apps, and middleware.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture design and implementation.
• 5 years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce architecture initiatives.
• Proven experience architecting largescale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business domains.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Copilot Actions and Generative AI capabilities.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integration patterns, data modeling and security architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise AI and Data Cloud solutions leveraging customer data, knowledge, automation and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall architecture strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners and technical teams to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Agentforce solutions leveraging Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Copilot Actions, Data Cloud, Einstein AI and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Architect intelligent agents, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts and knowledge-driven experiences to automate business processes and enhance customer and employee engagement.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, design principles and best practices for Agentforce and Generative AI implementations.
• Define enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, external applications, middleware platforms and AI services.
• Evaluate and recommend AI, Data Cloud and Salesforce platform capabilities to address business challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead solution design reviews, architecture governance boards and technical assessments across multiple projects and programs.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, compliance and responsible AI practices are embedded into all solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, technical leads, developers and project teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology leadership to define long-term Salesforce and AI adoption strategies.
