Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and optimizing business processes with a focus on agent architecture and automation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI.
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams from engineering to executives.
• Knowledge of data quality and architecture impact on agent performance.
• Awareness of emerging AI and agentic technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for Success Architect org, including Data360 support for AI agents.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and develop Architect solutions through customization.
• Influence Executive stakeholders and align technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to Agentforce customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support broader goals and growth.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
