Job summary

Papigen is seeking an experienced Agentforce Architect to design and operationalize enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem. This hands-on role combines solution design, AI implementation, Salesforce development, and enterprise integration to deliver secure, scalable, and governed AI-powered experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of Salesforce platform experience in architecture and delivery.
• 3 years designing AI-enabled or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and AI-driven automation.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, governed enterprise AI solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven architectures and cloud-native systems.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and release management.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI or comparable platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Agentforce architectures, including topics, actions, orchestration, guardrails, memory, and knowledge integration.
• Build and configure Agentforce agents, prompts, actions, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, reusable patterns, and AI implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with business, product, security, legal, risk, and tech teams to prioritize Agentic AI use cases.
• Integrate Salesforce Agentforce with Financial Cloud, Data Cloud, Azure AI, APIs, and external systems.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC, and platform APIs.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks, prompts, and multi-agent workflows.
• Establish responsible AI controls including oversight, audits, and data protection.
• Define AI evaluation, testing, and operational readiness standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and mentoring sessions.
