Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Agentforce architectures, including topics, actions, orchestration, guardrails, memory, and knowledge integration.
• Build and configure Agentforce agents, prompts, actions, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, reusable patterns, and AI implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with business, product, security, legal, risk, and tech teams to prioritize Agentic AI use cases.
• Integrate Salesforce Agentforce with Financial Cloud, Data Cloud, Azure AI, APIs, and external systems.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC, and platform APIs.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks, prompts, and multi-agent workflows.
• Establish responsible AI controls including oversight, audits, and data protection.
• Define AI evaluation, testing, and operational readiness standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and mentoring sessions.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Financial Cloud, Generative AI, and enterprise architecture while driving responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Agentforce architectures, including agent topics, actions, orchestration, guardrails, memory, and knowledge integration.
• Build and configure Agentforce agents, prompts, actions, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, reusable patterns, and AI implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with business, product, security, legal, risk, and technology teams to prioritize and implement high‑value Agentic AI use cases.
• Integrate Salesforce Agentforce with Financial Cloud, Data Cloud, Azure AI services, enterprise APIs, and external systems.
• Develop and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, Lightning technologies, and platform APIs.
• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, prompt engineering strategies, structured outputs, and multi‑agent workflows.
• Establish responsible AI controls including human oversight, auditability, monitoring, safety guardrails, and data protection measures.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, testing approaches, and operational readiness standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical mentoring sessions for delivery teams.
• Support deployment planning, platform optimization, scalability initiatives, and ongoing solution enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and AI risk management requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8 years of Salesforce platform experience spanning architecture, development, and enterprise solution delivery.
• 3 years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing AI‑enabled or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and AI‑driven automation capabilities.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event‑driven architectures, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud‑native systems.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or comparable AI platforms.
