Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Architect to design and deliver AI agent solutions on Salesforce Agentforce. You will own the technical approach for agent build, integration, testing, monitoring, and continuous accuracy tuning.

Hybrid role in Chesterbook, PA with 3 days in the office; Orlando, FL may be considered. Requires 6+ years Salesforce Platform experience and certifications in Agentforce and Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce Platform experience including hands-on Agentforce / Einstein AI Delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead Agentforce solution design from discovery through go-live and hypercare, owning the end-to-end technical architecture.
• Lead complex Marketing Cloud development projects and technical initiatives from conception to completion
• Design grounding and prompt strategies using Prompt Builder, Data Cloud/RAG, and retrieval patterns; engineer prompts for accuracy and hallucination control.
• Establish the testing and evaluation approach — Agentforce Testing Center, evaluation specs, accuracy/regression tuning.
• Build interaction logging, monitoring, and performance-tracking to support adoption and continuous improvement.
• Design reusable actions, prompt templates, and frameworks to accelerate delivery across use cases.
• Serve as technical lead in client engagements, translating business requirements into agent solutions and advising stakeholders on feasibility and scope.
