Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking an AI Cloud Architect to shape how agentic systems are built, deployed, and scaled within Salesforce. You will work on the frontier of the Agentforce platform, inventing new primitives and coordinating multi-agent systems for enterprise use.

This builder-communicator role requires writing code and whitepapers, designing runtimes, and presenting to executive leadership. You will influence core platform decisions and partner with customers to translate capabilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Expert in distributed systems, stateful runtimes, and LLM-based agent architectures.
• Experience building orchestration frameworks, graph-based execution engines, or agent DSLs.
• Strong grasp of LLM behavior, context management, and agent reliability in production.
• Fluency in Python and Java; comfortable with cloud-native infra.
• Curiosity about frontier agentic research – reasoning loops and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Invent and incubate advances in agentic AI – new execution models and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Shape core platform decisions across Agentforce – determinism, protocols, and long-running workflows.
• Partner with customers to understand business context and co-design solutions.
• Write and communicate with conviction via design docs, blog posts, and developer docs.
