Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an AI Cloud Architect to shape how agentic systems are built, deployed, and scaled. You will work at the frontier of the Agentforce platform—inventing new primitives, incubating next-gen agentic systems, and partnering directly with customers to define architectural direction for enterprise AI agents.

This builder-communicator role blends coding with whitepapers, and you will present to executive leadership while influencing core platform decisions and developer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expert in distributed systems, stateful runtimes and LLM-based agent architectures.
• Experience building orchestration frameworks or agent DSLs.
• Strong grasp of LLM behavior, context management, and production reliability.
• Fluency in Python and Java; cloud-native infra experience.
• Interest in frontier agentic research and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Invent and incubate advances in agentic AI, including new execution models and coordination patterns.
• Shape the core platform with decisions on determinism, protocols, and long-running workflows.
• Partner with customers to design solutions using Agentforce and translate capabilities into outcomes.
• Write and communicate with conviction through design docs, blogs, and developer docs.
