Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a Salesforce & Agentforce Functional Architect to lead solution design across Salesforce, Agentforce, and related SaaS. You’ll own the engagement backlog, guide cross-functional teams, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, outcomes-driven architectures.

In this remote US role, you’ll drive discovery, define the product vision, and manage delivery from discovery through enablement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing complex Salesforce solutions with declarative and custom approaches.
• 4+ years of professional services consulting leading strategic engagements.
• Experience owning solution definition and backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Fluency in Agentforce functionality and guardrails.
• Hands-on with Salesforce across multiple time zones and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and define an outcome-driven roadmap across Salesforce, Agentforce, and related SaaS.
• Lead discovery and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Guide cross-functional teams across time zones to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as day-to-day product partner, align with client goals and success measures.
• Define technical path and lead agile ceremonies (planning, demos, refinements).
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
