Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a Salesforce & Agentforce Functional Architect to lead architecture, product ownership, and delivery across global teams. You will define scalable solutions, engaging executive stakeholders, and translating business goals into actionable backlogs and acceptance criteria.

You will guide cross-functional teams through discovery, design, and go-live, ensuring alignment with client outcomes and responsible guardrails for agent design and data use.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing complex Salesforce solutions on the Salesforce platform with declarative and custom approaches.
• 4+ years of professional services consulting leading strategic engagements, ideally as a product owner.
• Experience owning solution definition and vision on multi-stakeholder engagements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog with Agile methods and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution definition and vision from discovery through handoff, guiding engineers and designers.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Own the product backlog and maintain an outcome-driven roadmap.
• Define the technical path and lead teams through Agile delivery.
• Lead client workshops to uncover priorities and align on solution direction.
• Manage ongoing communications, decisions, and risk with stakeholders.
• Prepare client teams for sustained use through onboarding and training.
