neuraflash is seeking a Technical Architect to lead Salesforce Agentforce and adjacent AI initiatives for enterprise clients. You will partner with PMs, developers, UX designers, and solution architects to translate business needs into production-grade solutions spanning the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of application and software development experience.
- 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript; exposure to Python/Java/C#.
- Experience with Salesforce technologies (Flows, LWC, Visualforce).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end concepts.
- Strong communication to convey technical details to diverse audiences.
- Experience with source control, PR workflows, CI/CD, and DevOps basics.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for Agentforce.
- Lead design across requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with customers, PMs, solution architects, devs, and UX designers.
- Evolve data ingestion and structuring strategies at scale on Salesforce.
- Build reusable assets and accelerators to speed delivery.
- Stay current with Salesforce features, AI advances, and related platforms.
