Insight Global is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and optimize our Salesforce environment. You will manage daily operations, ensure platform stability, and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience and a ADM 201 certification or higher. Apex development and Lightning components knowledge are a plus, with strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or higher.
• Experience with Apex development and Lightning components is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Perform regular system audits, data quality checks, and implement updates or enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business operations.
• Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation to ensure efficient platform utilization.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting activities to facilitate data‑driven decision‑making.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce support or development teams for complex challenges.
• Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements.
