ScanSource is seeking a Salesforce Administrator II to support our organization by configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with business leaders, units, and SMEs to identify and deploy new processes across sales, supplier services, finance, and customer service teams.
The role handles day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM, while participating in larger company-wide projects with visibility across the organization.
The Salesforce AdministratorIIwill provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of our Salesforce platform. The administrator will work closely withbusinessleaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts toidentify, develop, and deploy new business processesincluding:sales,supplier services, finance,andcustomerserviceteams. The Salesforce Administrator willbe responsible forexecuting the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance,and improvement of our CRM platform, as well as being assigned to larger projectsthat have company-wide visibility.
Compensation Range: $75,000-$85,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based ona number ofvariables including work experience,educationand skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.This position is not eligible for a variable paycomponentas part of the hiring range.
