The Role
The Salesforce Administrator will design CRM and other digital solutions to fully leverage the Salesforce platform and other tools. The individual will be responsible for administration, configuration, release management, and continual enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem across multiple clouds and integrations. They promote standardization, data integration, and data quality while also participating in business analysis and technical issue resolution. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable leading both technical and business‑oriented projects while maintaining strong governance, data quality, security, and user experience standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect the CRM solution to leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
- Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases; evaluate, recommend, and implement relevant new capabilities or optimizations.
- Manage sandbox environments including refresh planning, data seeding, pre/post refresh steps and reconfigurations.
- Manage release and deployment activities following Salesforce DevOps best practices using Salesforce DX, Copado and Git-based workflows.
- Manage operational aspects of Salesforce.com with a focus on system configuration and deployments, standardization, data integration, data quality, and technical issue resolution.
- Participate in formal governance and change/release management processes.
- Proficient on building and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
- Ensure proper security models are in place and maintained for data access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of Salesforce.com Administration experience implementing/supporting Sales Cloud on Lightning for a base of at least 300 users.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop CRM solutions.
- Experience with general Salesforce setup and configuration such as flows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types, etc.
- Experience in environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, managing sandboxes, handling confidential data, and integration configurations.
- Knowledge of Data Cloud (Data 360) for unified customer data strategy.
- Hands‑on with Einstein Analytics / CRM Analytics.
- Understanding of Agentforce 360 concepts and readiness for AI‑enabled service and automation.
- Experience working with Continuous Integration / Deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, GitHub, Copado.
- Operational experience in non‑Salesforce environments.
- Experience with JIRA and GitHub.
- Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce Inbox, Service Cloud and/or CPQ.
- Experience with Kantata (Kimble), Own Backup, DocuSign.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Agentforce Specialist highly preferred.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: 120000 – 135000 USD per year. Note: this range is location‑based and may differ for other locations.
