Job summary

ScanSource is seeking a Salesforce Administrator II to support our organization by configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with business leaders, units, and SMEs to identify and deploy new processes across sales, supplier services, finance, and customer service teams.

The role handles day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM, while participating in larger company-wide projects with visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• SME in core areas such as cybersecurity, sales, or integrations.
• Experience with release management, including deploying managed and unmanaged code.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including permissioning and UI configuration.
• Solid grasp of declarative development and iterative development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of four system administrators for a multi-org Salesforce environment.
• Support Salesforce Clouds: Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud; assist custom apps.
• Gather, translate, and implement requirements with stakeholders.
• Plan data improvement projects: normalization, de-duplication, cleanup.
