Job summary

Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin certification required (Advanced admin preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience across multiple business units or subsidiaries.
• Experience with Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and sharing rules in secure environments.
• Strong data management skills including deduplication and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate stakeholder needs into platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce across BFC subsidiaries while maintaining a single enterprise data model.
• Be the primary go-to contact for sales users, guiding adoption and best practices.
• Advise on pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and data entry improvements.
• Develop a shared knowledge cadence: tip sheets, office hours, release briefings, FAQ.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and territory structures with enterprise security in mind.
• Build and maintain declarative automation (Flow, validation rules, approvals) across subsidiaries.
• Own data quality, including deduplication and standardized picklists.
• Design reports/dashboards rolling up to enterprise level for execs.
• Collaborate with DT&EE on integrations and release planning; ensure compliance.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing Salesforce training for different workflows.
