ITW is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to provide end-user support and administer the Salesforce org. The role includes data extraction, report development, and user training to enable self-sufficiency, with improvements driven alongside the Salesforce team and external vendors.

You’ll manage, test, and deploy new functionality in UAT/DEV, lead projects, and coordinate data cleanups while maintaining platform health and reducing technical debt.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relevant CRM experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Certification.
• Experience implementing AppExchange apps (GeoPoint, Gearset, Internet Creations, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel 5–10% domestically and internationally.

• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for end-user support.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards; train users to self-serve.
• Document system processes and create knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Salesforce team and external vendors for enhancements.
