Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. You will work with Commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions that boost productivity, streamline processes, and maximize Salesforce value.

Responsibilities include configuring security, objects, automation, reports, and data integrity while driving process improvements and AI-enabled workflows to support sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce in analyst or administrator capacity.
• Salesforce and/or Agentforce Certification required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes.
• Create and manage custom fields, objects, record types, and relationships.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views that support business decisions.
• Manage data integrity through cleansing and duplicate record management.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with best practices.
