Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in Hanover, PA to configure, optimize, and maintain our Salesforce environment. You will guide cross-functional teams through integrations, process improvements, and technical rollouts while delivering training and documentation to drive adoption.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, Active Salesforce Certified Administrator, and a proactive approach to leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required.
• Experience guiding or supporting system integration projects and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong interest in or practical experience using AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, Data Loader, and security governance (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25–50% for on-site collaboration, rollouts, and stakeholder alignment.
• Highly collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform core administrative functions including user management, security controls, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Salesforce Flow automations.
• Serve as a collaborative technical guide during system integration initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and third-party vendors to define requirements, streamline data flows, and ensure smooth deployments.
• Continuously evaluate workflows, system performance, and business processes to recommend and execute ongoing platform improvements.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to optimize work, generate insights, and enhance business processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for daily end-user support, troubleshooting, and continuous platform enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, technical documentation, and user training materials to drive platform adoption.
• Travel as required (up to 25%-50%) to regional facilities and branch offices to host collaborative discovery workshops, lead implementation go-lives, and deliver hands-on user training.
