Gerard Daniel is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & AI Process Specialist to own and optimize our Salesforce environment while leading the adoption of AI-powered solutions across our sales and business development functions.

The role blends technical administration with AI-driven process improvement, aimed at reducing manual work and accelerating business growth. This hybrid position collaborates with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
Proficient with Flows, dashboards, reporting and user management.
Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot.
Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
Self-starter thriving in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Salesforce including user management, automation, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity
Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and system integrations
Provide Salesforce training and end-user support
Identify opportunities to automate and improve sales processes using AI
Pilot and implement tools such as Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, and other emerging technologies
Develop AI-driven solutions for lead management, reporting, customer communications, and workflow automation
Measure and communicate efficiency gains and ROI from AI initiatives
