• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on Salesforce Administration support, including configuration, user management, workflows, and system maintenance.
• Support the implementation and rollout of Salesforce, partnering with internal stakeholders for smooth deployment.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to identify and resolve implementation challenges across systems.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and operational insights within Salesforce.
• Document processes and provide guidance on system best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements across the platform.
• Serve as a go-to resource for Salesforce administration and user support.
