Job summary

ONE in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to join our Telephony application development team. The role requires hands-on Salesforce administration, configuration, and governance to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.

Experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations is a plus, and an onsite, collaborative environment is essential. You will manage users, security, automations, data quality, reports, and dashboards while driving adoption with

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience with hands-on administration.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce environments, users, security, and dashboards.
  • Strong governance, scalable configuration design, and deployment practices.
  • Salesforce development experience (Apex, triggers, APIs, integrations).
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication to explain technical objectives to business teams.
  • Preferred: MuleSoft integrations, Agentforce and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, data access controls, and platform-wide settings.
  • Manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, Lightning pages, apps, and other declarative configuration.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain process automations using Flow, approval processes, validation rules, and sandbox environments.
  • Write or support Apex logic, triggers, controllers, APIs, and integrations that connect Salesforce with external systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions and promote adoption.
  • Identify process gaps, troubleshoot platform issues, and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Manage data imports, exports, deduplication, cleanup, and ongoing data hygiene.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for key metrics.
  • Support release readiness by testing changes, documenting updates, and ensuring safe deployments.
  • Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities for platform improvement.
  • Develop strategies supporting business goals and Salesforce growth.
  • Introduce AI-driven features and automation to increase productivity for agents and customers.

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Telephony application development team. This role requires strong, hands‑on Salesforce administration experience and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, well‑governed platform solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, user and security management, automation, data management, reporting, and stakeholder partnership. Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, integrations, and deployment practices is a plus.

  • Develop strategies that support business goals, expected outcomes, and continuous Salesforce platform growth.
  • Introduce AI-driven features and automation opportunities, where appropriate, to increase productivity, and deliver improvements to the agent and customer experience across our business.
Requirements
  • Required: 7+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience, with strong hands‑on Salesforce administration expertise.
  • Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Required: Ability to work on‑site and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce environment, users, security, permissions, configuration, automation, data quality, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, platform governance, and scalable configuration design.
  • Experiencing Salesforce development experience, including Apex, triggers, controllers, APIs, integrations, and deployment practices.
  • Ability to break down business goals into clear Salesforce solutions and technical setup requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical objectives clearly to business teams and leadership.
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize work, support user adoption, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated habit of keeping up to date with new technologies, product releases, and industry best practices.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of MuleSoft integrations.
  • Preferred: Hands‑on experience with Agentforce and AI capabilities.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
