Opportunity: You’ll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, helping connect providers and patients through solutions that make quality care more accessible. As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in building the digital backbone of Alan Health’s customer experience and care operations. You’ll own the end-to-end management of our Salesforce environment, ensuring that Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are optimized for peak performance.
This isn’t a routine admin role—it’s a high-impact opportunity to shape operational workflows, enhance team productivity, and drive innovation through smart automation and AI-powered tools. This is a remote, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Head of Customer Experience. While the position has Texas listed as a location, we are open to candidates based anywhere in the US, as long as they can work predominantly Eastern or Central time. Occasional weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) may be required to support critical launches or deployments.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Salesforce Management & Optimization
- Administer and continuously improve Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and customizations
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues and inefficiencies
- Create, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, opportunities, and workflows for multiple departments
Feature Development & Process Automation
- Design and deploy scalable solutions, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and process automations
- Lead the development of new features and improvements in collaboration with sales and customer support teams
- Evaluate and implement AppExchange tools or AI-powered add-ons that improve workflow and data intelligence
Strategic Systems Leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to design workflows that drive efficiency, accountability, and measurable outcomes
- Own the Salesforce roadmap—prioritize business needs and deliver improvements rapidly
- Train and support users, ensuring strong adoption and satisfaction across teams
- Stay current on Salesforce updates and best practices, especially around AI, automation, and data visibility
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to not just maintain Salesforce, but to transform it into a powerful engine that drives team productivity, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across Alan Health.
What you’ll bring:
Experience & Expertise
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in high-growth environments
- Deep expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (certifications in both are a huge plus)
- Proven ability to drive automation, workflow improvements, and performance reporting
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a bonus)
- Familiarity with startup environments is a strong plus
Technical & Operational Skills
- Advanced experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder
- Strong command of report and dashboard creation for leadership and front-line teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations involving CTI systems such as Dialpad
- Comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools and features within Salesforce

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, location, industry expertise, and technical skills.
