Job summary

Teamified is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will manage and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance, security, and user adoption across sales, service, and marketing workflows.

This role requires 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, Salesforce certification preferred, and hands-on expertise with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the business needs.
• Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions sets.
• Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end users as needed.
