AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own configuration, automation and health of an enterprise Salesforce org. This automation-first role focuses on Flow and Flow Orchestration, setting standards for automation, releases, data quality and user support.

The role combines build work with day-two ownership, including data quality, permissions and user enablement. A 3+ year track record in enterprise Salesforce administration is required, with strong knowledge

Formación

• 3+ years administering enterprise Salesforce orgs, multi-cloud & multiBU
• Proficient with Flow Orchestration, subflows, error handling & bulk-safe design
• Strong knowledge of OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules & permission set groups
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and Salesforce data loading tools
• Experience with deployment tools like DevOps Center or Gearset
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Admin & Platform App Builder preferred
• Able to read Apex to understand code behavior in the org

Responsabilidades

• Design declarative solutions using Flow, Flow Orchestration, validation rules and dynamic forms
• Own automation standards: naming, entry criteria, error handling
• Refactor legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder where appropriate
• Administer profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules; migrate off profile-based access
• Maintain data quality and monitor API usage, storage and scheduled jobs
• Manage releases into production, including sandbox refresh and deployment validation
• Triaging user issues and building self-serve reports and dashboards
