Job summary

Alliance Health System is seeking an Assistant Salesforce Administrator to support the IT team in Matawan, NJ. This role collaborates with departments to optimize Salesforce usage, manage users, and ensure data integrity.

The position reports to the Director of Technology and offers a pathway to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem, including potential certification and ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce ADM 201 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, and data management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules.
• Provide first-level support to Salesforce users and resolve data issues.
• Support data import/export tasks using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
• Assist with testing and deployment of new features and integrations.
• Document system processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and support business needs.
• Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and releases.
• Provide training and assistance to the team as necessary.
