Job summary

Purposive Consulting LLC is assisting a rapidly growing manufacturer in Linden, NJ, to hire a Salesforce Administrator. The role will oversee daily management of a customized Salesforce platform, including rate generation, client tracking, and financial integrations.

You will build dashboards, support field service teams, optimize ticketing integrations, and customize objects/workflows. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus Salesforce Admin certification, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in manufacturing/distribution.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Proficient in Salesforce customization and configuration.
• Experience creating dashboards with actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the customized Salesforce system to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics for sales and service teams.
• Provide robust support to field service teams using Salesforce.
• Manage and optimize integration of ticketing systems with Salesforce.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM supports lead management, pipeline tracking and performance analysis.
• Customize and configure Salesforce apps including objects, fields, and workflows.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support.
• Maintain data integrity with best practices for data entry and hygiene.
• Generate and distribute regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Assist in developing custom Apex code to automate business processes.
