Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management best practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and user support.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce system including users, profiles, roles and permissions.
• Customize and configure objects, fields, workflows, and automation.
• Develop reports and dashboards for multiple departments.
• Manage data accuracy, deduplication, imports/exports/backups.
• Provide user training and onboarding for Sales & Marketing across systems.
• Integrate with third-party apps (HubSpot, marketing tools) and ensure system improvements.
