Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location-Type: Hybrid, Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Compensation Range: $41.00/hr - $45.00/hr W2

Job Description:
The client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary bridge between business users and the Salesforce platform, providing hands‑on support, troubleshooting, and user guidance within an actively evolving Salesforce environment.
Job Summary
- Provide day‑to‑day Salesforce support for business users, with heavy focus on internal sales teams
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, research root causes, and identify appropriate solutions related to quotes, data, accounts, and system functionality
- Translate user problems and business needs into effective Salesforce solutions through clear, patient communication
- Determine when an issue can be resolved independently and when escalation is appropriate
- Assist with Salesforce configuration, administration, and screen flow or form builds as needed
- Support the existing Salesforce environment while learning the organization's unique business processes and workflows
- Proactively learn new Salesforce capabilities and identify opportunities to improve the platform as the environment expands
Minimum Requirements:
- Approximately 2-4 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, with strong fundamentals and platform knowledge
- Experience with at least one Salesforce cloud or module, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or Experience Cloud
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with comfort researching issues independently rather than defaulting to escalation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with patience and ability to work effectively with non‑technical users
- Self‑starter who takes initiative, manages their own workload proactively, and demonstrates genuine interest in growing their Salesforce expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications or active Trailhead history demonstrating continued self‑directed learning
- Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds or modules, particularly Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with building screen flows and forms within Salesforce
- Experience with or interest in newer Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce or AI features
- Telecommunications or similar industry background- not a must have by any means
