Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc is seeking a Unit Field Trainer in the Denver area. This first-level management role recruits, onboards and provides on-the-job training for sales agents to help them meet targets and adhere to policies.

You will train and mentor a downline of agents, support licensing and onboarding, and participate in branch management meetings to drive overall sales results and compliance. The position requires strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Certifications/Licenses: Life & Health license.
• Related Work Experience: 5 years related work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents up to a downline level and ensure performance and policy compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching on development strategies for agents.
• Recruiting and onboarding support for licensed agents; facilitate licensing training.
• Conduct joint field training with new agents, including appointment sharing and commissions.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch/satellite branch.
• Participate in management meetings and support branch goals.
