Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc in Las Vegas is seeking a Unit Field Trainer, the first level of management in the Branch Sales Office, responsible for recruitment, onboarding and on-the-job training for sales agents, while maintaining personal production standards.

This role mentors agents, guides development strategies, helps with licensing training, and supports the branch in achieving goals through field coaching and joint training activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Typical qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: Life & Health license.
• 5 years related work experience in training or field management.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents; responsible for a downline of agents and accountable for their performance and compliance to policies and procedures.
• Provides day to day guidance, consultation and mentoring for the development strategies of agents (production oriented) to help agents become successful.
• Maintains personal production to achieve established goals and objectives.
• May also have a role in recruiting efforts as assigned by branch; instrumental in onboarding and licensing training for agents.
• Conduct on the job training through joint field work with new agents including appointment sharing and commission splits.
• Accountable to develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch / satellite branch.
