Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc is seeking a Unit Field Trainer to lead recruitment, onboarding and on-the-job training for a downline of sales agents. You will guide development strategies, monitor production, and support branch goals through mentoring and coaching.

The role requires a Life & Health license, a track record in sales leadership, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced banking/insurance sales environment. This is a on-site branch position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Life & Health license required.
• 5 years related work experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Production-based performance metrics required.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents and manage a downline.
• Provide day-to-day guidance for agent development strategies.
• Maintain personal production to meet goals and objectives.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding licensed agents.
• Conduct on-the-job training with new agents.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within the branch.
• Participate in management meetings to support branch goals.
