Pacific Life in Omaha, NE is seeking a talented Sales Trainer to join our Sales Experience and Enablement team. The role requires delivering effective training across virtual and in-person formats, grounded in adult learning principles and real-world sales needs.

The trainer will design and update curricula, conduct new hire and ongoing training, and provide reinforcement coaching with field and internal wholesalers. A Series 6/7 license and experience in annuities or life insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Series 6 or 7 license is required.
• Experience in annuities or life insurance required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Competent in adult learning theory, and classroom and webinar facilitation.
• Knowledge of curriculum and workshop design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people and various position levels.
• Must be able to plan and manage time.

Responsabilités

• Delivers live training via Teams/Zoom or in person for sales audiences.
• Is seen as a highly proficient facilitator of sales skills and Pacific Life knowledge.
• Conducts reinforcement coaching and field days to reinforce programs and evaluate effectiveness.
• Prepares to instruct workshops by reviewing materials, creating visuals, and setting up room and materials.
• Keeps knowledge up to date on changes in Pacific Life policies and training.
• Develops knowledge and skills to enhance training facilitation and curriculum design.
• Seeks feedback from peers, manager and participants to improve delivery and content.
