Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Training Facilitator to join the Consumer Markets Division in Omaha, NE (or Newport Beach, CA, or Charlotte, NC). You will deliver onboarding and classroom training for Life and Annuity operations, ensuring new hires are job-ready with access to needed tools.

You will collaborate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and Operations leaders to maintain high-quality training materials and calendars while adapting to diverse adult learning needs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Annuities or Life Operations experience and prior peer training.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for Production and Customer Service teams, acting as liaison between Technology and Operations.
• Facilitate engaging virtual classroom training for Annuity or Life product lines.
• Track learner progress and report to leaders and stakeholders.
• Maintain training calendar, materials, and participant access for classes.
• Update content using feedback and audit data with Instructional Designers.
