Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking a Sales Trainer II to join the Sales Experience and Enablement team. The role delivers new hire and ongoing training across annuities, life insurance, and sales processes, using virtual and in-person formats.

You will develop and deliver engaging content, reinforce learning through coaching, and stay current with product changes. Hybrid work is available, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Series 6 or 7 license is required.
• Experience in annuities or life insurance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Competent in adult learning theory and classroom/webinar facilitation.
• Knowledge of curriculum and workshop design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live training (Teams/Zoom or in person) for all sales audiences.
• Facilitate training using adult learning principles in hybrid environments.
• Provide reinforcement coaching and field support to ensure program effectiveness.
• Prepare workshops by reviewing materials and setting up equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and policies.
